Cancelling or Changing Your Order

In order to provide the best possible service to our customers, 95% of the orders we receive during normal business hours are shipped that same day. In the event that you need to change or cancel an order that you have placed with us, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.

Prior to your order leaving our facility, we will be happy to work with you to cancel or change your order to your satisfaction. If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped, UPS may be able to stop the order from being delivered. However, there may be charges associated with that request that you will be liable for. You may also choose to refuse the shipment at the time of delivery but you may also incur shipping costs for outbound and return freight.
