Surface mounted Heavy Duty Tie-Down D-Ring can be bolted or welded to trucks and trailers. Unfinished steel 1/2" D-Ring measures 2-1/4 x 2-1/2 inches I.D., 3-1/4 inches O.D. Rated 4,000 pounds working load limit, 12,000 maximum breaking strength. Wallace Forge part number 2327219.
- Per federal D.O.T. requirements, working load limit is 1/3 of the rated capacity
